Our approach to deliver smart city technologies and services is based on mutual learning and innovative forms of collaboration between city administrations, private sector corporations, civil society and research institutions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"img_mission\" src=\"https:\/\/triangulum-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/industry_icon-150x150.png\" alt=\"industry\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"statements\">6.\u00a0We seek to activate and enable entrepreneurs, SMEs and young talents by creating an attractive eco-system and by co-creating smart districts and associated solutions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"statements\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"img_mission\" src=\"https:\/\/triangulum-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/it_model_icon-150x150.png\" alt=\"it_model\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"statements\" style=\"text-align: center;\">7. We develop and implement a smart city reference model.\u00a0By defining a reference-architecture for IT-based smart city services and technologies, we enable future replication and standardised approaches of crosscutting solutions for urban energy, buildings and mobility technologies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"img_mission\" src=\"https:\/\/triangulum-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/house_icon-150x150.png\" alt=\"house\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"statements\" style=\"text-align: center;\">8.\u00a0Sustainable transformation of existing buildings and demonstration of solutions for a shifting energy demand market are our core propositions for demonstrating data-driven value creation in cities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"img_mission\" src=\"https:\/\/triangulum-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/city_icon-150x150.png\" alt=\"Triangulum Cities\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"statements\" style=\"text-align: center;\">9.\u00a0We build upon the strong replication potential of our follower cities. The Triangulum consortium consists of six cities and one observer city that are all equally important \u2013 Lighthouse, Follower and Observer Cities contribute with their individual strengths to develop and deliver successful smart city solutions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"img_mission\" src=\"https:\/\/triangulum-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/network_icon-150x150.png\" alt=\"network\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"statements\" style=\"text-align: center;\">10.\u00a0We contribute to and strengthen the European Smart Cities movement.
