The project has been inspired by the\nEuropean Smart City project Triangulum, when representatives of Prague 7 and\nIPR Prague visited the Lighthouse City Stavanger in 2018 to learn about their\nSmart Home Care approach. During the stay in Stavanger the delegation also visited\nthe showroom at the innovative social and health care department. For the\nrealization of a similar offer in Prague, the waiting room of the Polyclinic of\nPrague 7 will be transformed. Currently, the Social and Health Department of\nthe Prague 7 district is preparing the room to &nbsp;present various devices that can make life\neasier for both sick people and their peers and care takers. The aim is to\ninform elderly people and their peers how they can stay at home longer on their\nown, which devices can support them to do so and to receive an overview of all available\n&nbsp;social and health services. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The visitors of the showroom&nbsp;will find&nbsp;a display of&nbsp;eating&nbsp;rehabilitation, &nbsp;sanitary&nbsp;aids\nand various further supporting devices,&nbsp;including\ninformation whether they can be&nbsp;obtained&nbsp;via&nbsp;prescription from&nbsp;a&nbsp;doctor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the showroom will inform about innovative technologies such as applications for emergency services, for deaf people, first aid and visually impaired and a database of barrier-free places. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"640\" height=\"320\" src=\"https:\/\/triangulum-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Poliklinika_c\u030ceka\u0301rna-Obra\u0301zek-A1-002.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4373\" srcset=\"https:\/\/triangulum-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Poliklinika_c\u030ceka\u0301rna-Obra\u0301zek-A1-002.jpeg 640w, https:\/\/triangulum-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Poliklinika_c\u030ceka\u0301rna-Obra\u0301zek-A1-002-300x150.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">Future Showroom of Prague 7<br>Credits: Tom\u00e1\u0161 Obrtel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another part of the showroom will provide a virtual reality experience for\ncognitive disorders and electronic drug dispensers. Furthermore visitors will\nsee samples for emergency care, including a list of registered providers of\nthis social service with examples of facilities and their price lists and a\ncatalogue of possibilities for renting medical and compensatory aids, which is\nfree of charge for citizens of Prague 7. On an hourly basis, an ergo therapist explains\nhow to use the helping devises in an appropriate way and consult visitors in\nselecting the most suitable devices for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The city district finances the implementation of the entire showroom.
