The measures are predominantly\nfocusing on the development of the Smart Home Care pilot project in the\ndistrict of Prague 7, but also includes a city-wide measure of a 3D-model and a\ncookbook about the culture of cooperation in the smart city development as such.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Outcomes\nof the Prague Implementation Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Part 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Smart Home\nCare Pilot Project<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Prague\n7 Smart Home Care pilot project aims to increase the quality, availability and\nefficiency of services offered to senior citizens in their home environment\nusing innovative technology. The following measures (that were defined as part\nof a participatory process with local stakeholders) focus on complex solutions\nin assistive technologies, ICT, energy efficiency and e-mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>System for\nsupport of integrated care<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The system will consist of an integrated data platform, the digitization\nof the care center and the implementation of the case management: a\ncollaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation and care\ncoordination. For this, a series of educational workshops took place in 2019. Next\nsteps are currently being planned with the city hall and smart city\norganizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Service\nportal for senior citizens<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is planned to create an informative website which can serve as\na marketplace of services for seniors and their peers. As a first step, the\nexisting webpage of Prague 7 is currently extended with additional information.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Smart\nhomes for seniors<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>There has been pilot testing of the Blink video communication device\ndeveloped by the Stavanger partner LYSE AS, together with local service\nproviders for seniors in Prague. The test lasted from 14.08.2019 \u2013 31.12.2019.\nIts aim was to promote the benefits of smartification of households and to test\nits use in the Czech context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>E-\nmobility for services and seniors<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of 2019, the care center purchased an e-car to transport\nstaff and lunch to clients. The purchase of a second e-car is planned for 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Mobility for senior citizens<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Prague 7 has the aim to design its public space in a more age-friendly\nmanner and to improve the accessibility of the most frequented destinations of the\njourneys of senior citizens in Prague 7. After a mapping of barriers in the public space with the\nhelp of elderly citizens, measures such as new benches will be implemented\nin Prague 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Showroom\nof medical &amp; compensatory aids for citizens<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>An educational showroom will provide instructional videos and information\nmaterial to explain the use and to eliminate misconceptions about the available\ntechnologies of medical and compensatory aids and its potential benefits. It\nwill be opened in January 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Part 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Update of\nPrague\u2018s 3D Model<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new\nsystem has been implemented and a web presentation of the city model has been\nlaunched. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cookbook \/\nInteractive Exhibition of Culture of Cooperation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cookbook presents the eight main principles\nleading to a constructive mindset and open approach which have been identified as\nthe decisive factors for a successful initiation and effective management of smart\nurban development projects.&nbsp;These principles were identified\nduring on-site visits in the three Lighthouse Cities of Triangulum:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Benefit =\nfailure,<\/li><li>Participatory\ndesign,<\/li><li>Inter-sectoral\ncollaboration,<\/li><li>Pilot\nprojects,<\/li><li>Communication,<\/li><li>Adaptability<\/li><li>Strategy<\/li><li>Organization<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The cookbook is supposed to convey the\nexperience and the dynamics of successful civil servants and teams from the\npartner cities of Triangulum. The goal is to cultivate cooperation, a positive\napproach and a culture of openness and communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cookbook will be available online and\noffline. &nbsp;The online version will be an\ninteractive web page, informing about the interactive installation and\nexplaining the eight principles as an outcome of the Triangulum project (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.urbania-vystava.cz\">www.urbania-vystava.cz<\/a>; CZ only). The\noffline version is an interactive installation URBANIA which will be accessible\nfor one month (16.01. \u2013 15.02.2020).
